Bill is lucky, it’s plain and simple. His childhood was great and he’s had no life-threatening medical conditions to deal with. He has been truly blessed AND, perhaps most importantly, he knows it! So, unlike so many people in the same situation who find something to complain about, he actively chooses to have a life thrilled with every moment he’s in. He loves hearing people say to him, “you are the most positive person I know” or “you find something good in every situation.”

Bill’s “other job” is in the high-tech space, where, in addition to a host of other activities, he is a popular and regular presenter at seminars, conferences and briefings around the world. After one such event the organizer said, “(The customer) told me that it wasn't just professional, but very entertaining too. Trust me, it isn't easy to get these people entertained...”

Besides being the initial technical support guy for the company, he is actually living the message of Choose Joy. Thus, he is a natural spokesman for the company and actively working to bring the message into businesses.
